Hanny is SEVEN

Our baby girl is seven and growing up so quickly. She was the first of our children to be born in Colorado and it does not seem possible for her to be this big. I can't believe in just a short year she will be baptized. She is our "sweet Hannah" and is a pure joy to our family. She is so caring and thoughtful of others(sometimes a little to caring, her brothers call her "the informer") and is my big helper. She is so excited to start soccer next month and just started dance classes(she wants to be a cheerleader). We love seeing her turn into the amazing person she will become. We love you Hanny, Happy Birthday!

I know this picture is blurry but how often do you capture Hannah this excited, never.

She has wanted one of these dolls forever and now she takes her every where. We took Hannah to Chili's for dinner and to see Beauty and the Beast and "Sara" came with us. I love it!

Of course Hannah had to have the skate board and soccer outfits for her doll.

My Mom and Dad gave her the soccer outfit so "she could be just like her".

Our Princess

Brooklyn is growing so quickly and I just want to hold on to her being a baby for just a little longer. She does not walk yet which is perfectly fine with me. I will keep this small little person for as long as I can. She is definitely the princess around here and "Sassy Brooklyn" has returned, but boy do we love that about her.

I wish this one would have focused on her because this shows her cute personality.

Logan Turns 3

How can this be, Logan is three. I can't believe how fast it has gone by. This crazy little person that makes us laugh(and sometimes cry-me) with all the stuff he says. It is hard to see our life with out him and how boring it would be. I never would have memorized Mickey's Twice Upon A Christmas and become such a lover of Cars. He keeps my life interesting and reminds me of how little things are what matter most. When he sings it brings tears to my eyes and I want to freeze him forever. But he quickly brings me back to reality when the devil in him comes out. Even then I just want to kiss him and hold on to those moments for as long as I can. Happy Birthday to our "Looogan", we love you!

He was so excited he could barely sit still.

Little devil could not resist a taste of his cake.

He was so excited to have a present to open on the day of his real birthday, "Thanks Nana and Papa".

Grandpa Bruce and Grandma Becky sent him this fun ball tower, which he loves.

Saturday Ritual

I love Saturdays when the kids come climb in my bed. They love watching TV with us and it always seems to turn in to a game of steam roller. I will miss the day when there are no small people around to cuddle with and turn my bed in to a wrestling ring.

Christmas in Denver

We had so much fun this Christmas. It was the first Christmas in our new house and we got to celebrate it with my whole family. Logan made this Christmas so much fun with his never ending excitement. He loved looking out the front door at all the Christmas lights. He would slam the door and come running in the house and yell " it's Christmas". I have never seen a child so excited to open presents, he was absolutely adorable and what a blessing it was to see Christmas through his eyes. We ate a ton and played a lot of games and had a quiet evening out at Hacienda, it was the best. I loved having everyone over and being able to go to church to help us remember what it is all about. Hopefully it is one we will never forget.

I did not even realize until I did this post that Tay is not in this picture. I guess now that he is 18 he has outgrown it, how sad.

Can you guess who Brooklyn's best buddy was, I think Jordyn wanted to kidnap her and take her home.

This is the only gift Brooklyn opened. After this we put her to bed and Logan ended up opening all her gifts.

What else do you get an 18 year old who is off to college, a mini fridge.

My mom made all the grand kids blankets and gave them a book to go with it, they all loved it.

This hands down was the most popular gift and to this day gets played with constantly, if you are competitive than this balls for you.

Peyton's Christmas list consisted of all books and he was thrilled to receive just that.

This girl had been begging for these for months but could she show any excitement. I hate to say it but this is Hannah's excited look and she did love them.

When Taylor was little he was obsessed with The Lion King so of coarse I had to capture this.
Back off ladies, he is mine!

This is the best game ever, we even played after the kids went to bed.
