Lacrosse 2011

For the fundraiser this year the boys painted and finished up a couple of houses for Habitat for Humanity.
Taylor had a lot of fun playing Lacrosse this past season. He lettered this year and had some amazing plays. He spent part of Spring Break in Arizona with his team mates playing in a tournament and hanging out. His coach came to our house at the end of the season to get our permission to help him get a scholarship. He told us how impressed he is with Taylor and what a great kid he is. He thinks he could play football and Lacrosse in college, we are just hoping for free tuition. So we will see what happens next season.

Peyton's Baptism

On March 24th, 2011 Peyton was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We were so proud of him and grateful he came to our family.
Taylor baptized him and he was confirmed by Chad.
What a neat experience to see Taylor all in white and baptizing his little brother. I can't believe in a little over a year he will be out sharing the gospel and hopefully baptizing many more.
This is one of those moments as a Mom you feel so much joy, your heart feels like it is going to explode. Oh, how I love these boys.

Homework

Every day after a quick snack its homework time. Peyton sits at the table and does his homework, or so we thought. Last week I received a note from his teacher saying he had not completed or turned in his homework. When I asked Peyton what he had been doing during homework time, he pulled out a bunch of drawings. So know he has a homework partner and this time it was Chad's turn.
