Whit's Birthday

Whit's birthday was May 8th and yes I still need to do her "this is your life post". She was so excited to finally get a camera and even more excited to have my Mom and Meggie celebrate with us. We have not seen them since the beginning of January. So we were so happy to be able to spend Mother's Day,Whit and Meg's birthday with them. The girls(and Logan) all went down to the 16th street mall for lunch at Gumbo's and shopping. Logan was not very happy to ride the shuttle and preferred to walk. After shopping we stopped in at The Cheesecake Factory for desert. We had so much fun and can't wait to see them in June.

Graduation

Hanny had her preschool graduation the end of April. She wore the same dress Whit wore to her preschool graduation. We are so blessed to have the best preschool teacher around. She was Peyt's teacher and we love her to death. Even though we had seen the whole thing before it was still adorable. Hannah now thinks she is in kindergarten and tells everyone she goes to North Star Academy.

Games, Games and more Games

Between Taylor's lacrosse games and Hannah's soccer games I felt like we lived at game fields. Taylor had a great time playing lacrosse this season and even got called up to play Varsity. Hannah was so excited to finally get her chance to play soccer. She has been begging us to play since she started to talk. Peyton even had bought her a pair of black and pink cleats for Christmas. So since we only had one child playing a sport this season we decided to give her a shot. She loved it and it was hilarious to watch. After a few practices and games she was starting to get how to play. She could stop the ball quickly, get it turned around and take it down the field. By the end of the season in the last few games she learned that if she stayed down in front of the goal she would get the ball kicked to her and could easily score. Chad called her "The Cherry Picker", what ever that means. She is definitely our little athlete and will give her brothers a run for their money. She is a fast little squirt. If her team kept kicking the ball out of bounds or it stayed on the other side to long, she would be down getting the ball even though she was on the other side of the field with in seconds.

Yes, We Are Alive

It has been almost 6 weeks since I have posted anything and I feel so disconnected. Soon I will be posting pictures but for now this is it. We recently moved and our computer has been in a box until a few days ago. So far we love it, the kids are loving our new neighborhood and the millions of kids that live in it. We look forward to putting in our backyard in the next few weeks but for now it is our baseball field. We also found out a couple of months ago we are going to be having another baby. Yes, I thought Logan was it but obviously someone else had other plans. I told Chad it is Heavenly Father's way of keeping me humble. It is hard not to be when taking a shower before noon becomes a luxury and as I am running out the door to get Taylor to Lacrosse I notice I have dried puke in my hair(got to love morning sickness). So anyway hopefully I will have all the tons of pictures I have taken on here by Monday and I will be up to date.
